• Entry Requirements – Only registered business customers with a valid membership card are permitted to enter the depot.
• Health & Safety – High-visibility vests must be worn at all times within the warehouse. Please follow all safety signage and staff instructions.
• No Smoking – Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited within the depot premises.
• Children & Pets – For safety reasons, children and pets are not allowed inside the depot.
• Payment Policy – All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept cash, debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Returns & Exchanges – Any returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt and processed within 7 days of purchase.
• Respectful Conduct – Please treat staff and other customers with respect. Any abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Parking – Please use designated parking areas and avoid blocking access points.
